Rural Development funds have been approved to purchase a new ambulance for the
Clay County Ambulance Service.
State Director Robert M. Steptoe, III,
announced that Rural Development approved a Community Facilities
Grant of $17,500 for Clay County Commission for the ambulance purchase.
"Community facilities are essential to the quality of life in any rural
community," stated Steptoe. "West Virginia Rural Development is
striving to ensure that such community facilities are readily available
to rural West Virginians."
