The 5th Annual Mother & Daughter Tea will be held at 6 p.m. tonight. The event will be at the CCCOA-Senior Center in Grantsville.
The theme will be "Mom's Apron Strings".
Come celebrate Mother's Day with your daughters and granddaughters at this special "tea" in your honor.
A buffet dinner will be served including, baked pork, macaroni and cheese, green beans, tropical fruit, cake, hot roll, coffee or tea.
An Apron Parade and Show are planned. Mothers, daughters and granddaughters are asked to wear aprons. Awards will be given to contestants wearing the Prettiest, Funniest and Best of Show aprons.
There will be special poems and singing, recognition awards for the oldest mother, etc., door prize drawings and lots of fun.
Guest speaker will be Mrs. Faye Fitzwater.
