Viola P. Poling, 95, Paden City (04/20/2005) Viola P. Poling, 95, of Paden City, W.Va., died April 19, 2005, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, W.Va. She was born May 27, 1909, in Stumptown, W.Va., a daughter of the late Ananias John and Abilena Jane Frame May. She was a homemaker and member of the Sistersville Senior Citizens. She is survived by a daughter, Ida Mae Wright of Paden City. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Poling in 1980; a daughter, Patty Swartzmiller in 1994; two brothers; and six sisters. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, with the Rev. Adrian Cowgill officiating. Burial will be in the Friendly Cemetery, Friendly, W.Va. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
