Three students represented Calhoun County in the West Virginia Archery Association meet in Petersburg, West Virginia on April 9. Calhoun County's Heads Up Program helped sponsor the students.
Seth Jarvis, son of Rick and Cheryl Jarvis, placed first in the Youth Male Bowhunter-Open.
Cameron Nicholas, son of Rick and Lisa Nicholas, placed first in the Young Adult Male Bowhunter-Freestyle and Third place in the Young Adult Male Bowhunter-Open.
Tiffany Swisher, daughter of Bobby and Marcia Swisher, placed first place in the Young Adult Female Bowhunter-Freestyle.
Cam also won third place in the Young Adult Male Bowhunter Open category at the National Indoor Shoot held March 20 and 21, 2005 in Louisville, Kentucky.
