The CHS theatre class recently presented a character education play for the Middle School students entitled "Power Play."
It was an audience participation play which involved middle school students and teachers, and offered help on teaching kids to say no to drugs.
Sgt. Tom Yanero and Leo, his K-9 partner, and Trooper Jeff Hunt concluded the play with a short talk and fielded questions from the students concerning drugs.
Theatre students include Alecia Alcaraz-May, Shayna Hartshorn, Craig Arthur, Stephanie Cason, Britiney Sampson, Cynthia Wildfire, Angela King, Chasity Jones, Megan Cain, Kellie McKinstry, Dennis Richards, Amber Pennington, Sarah Moore, Kayla Miller, Sam McCartney, Melissa Jarvis, Josh Cain.
The students are under the direction of Faye Chambers.
