| Wavelene Cottrell, 64, of Sand Ridge, West Virginia, passed away April 1, 2005 at Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
She was a life long resident of Calhoun County and was a homemaker.
Surviving are three daughters, Cathy Lamp of Grantsville, Marilyn McKinney of Summersville and Julia Daniels of North Carolina; 4 sons, Billy Hardway and Tommy Hardway both of Arnoldsburg, David and Ronnie Cottrell both of Waverly, WV; 2 sisters, Pearl Carpenter of Arnoldsburg and Sue Minney of Orma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Cottrell; a son, Jerry Hardway; a sister, Macel Murphy and a brother.
Graveside rites will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 6 at the Cottrell Family Cemetery near the residence. Pastor Matt Morrison will officiate.
Stump Funeral Home of Arnoldsburg is in charge of arrangements.
