| Margaret Louise Collins, 83, of Gonzales, Louisiana, formerly of Lockney, West Virginia, passed away March 20, 2005.
She was born August 13, 1921 in Ronda, Arkansas and lived in Lockney for 20 years.
Surviving are five sons, William Terry Newman, Jr., Richard Leonard Newman and his wife Mazzie all of Nashville, TN, Larry Eugene Newman and his wife Helen of Adolphus, KY, Bobby Wayne Newman and his wife Chris of Jeffersonville, IN, Robin Bruce Newman and his wife Mary Joyce of Hartsville, TN; one daughter, Brenda Carol Macalousa of McNeil, MS; 2 sisters, Juliet Berry of Marrero, LA and Robbie Prejean of Gonzales, LA; 3 brothers, Robert Harold Dew of Gonzales, LA, Raymond of Bude, MS and Malcom Watson of Meadville, MS; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Goodwin Dew and Ozy May Malone Dew Watson, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Harry Newman and her second husband, Fell B. Collins.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Interment will be in the Collins Community Cemetery at Stumptown. |
