| It seems the interest in history, local, state or national, is far from the front burner.
That has not stopped our curiosity or efforts, sometimes meager, in writing, editing, collecting and publishing Calhoun history, including lots of early photographs.
We have barely skimmed the surface, and we hope we live long enough to do more.
Often, Herald readers have said it has been a long time since they took the time to read articles under PEOPLE, HUMOR AND HISTORY.
Today, we have taken a few articles from the dungeon, to remind readers of hundreds and hundreds of articles on the "back pages" of the Herald.
We would hope that some of you take time to enjoy the wonderful tales and recollections.
