About 200 folks were turned away from the Calhoun Middle-High School auditorium last night, all wanting to attend the Issac's gospel music concert.
It was standing room only for the well-known Tennessee family music group that has traveled across America for thirty years.
The Calhoun crowd, with lots of visitors from regional counties, applauded the group's unique bluegrass harmonies and instrumentation with their modern southern gospel lyrics.
The free event was sponsored by the Calhoun County Gospel Entertainment Group.
The Isaacs perform frequently at the Grand Ole Opry and are active members of the Gaither Homecoming Videos and Concert Series.
Their concert venues include civic centers, auditoriums, arenas, fairgrounds, parks and churches.
