A Braxton County man was killed in an explosion while he reportedly was in the process of cooking methamphetamine, according to the State Police.
The remains of Alva G. Brady, 39, of Frametown, was discovered after the Saturday morning fire in an outbuilding.
Several methamphetamine lab indicators were located inside the building, including a hot plate.
The explosion occurred about 2 a.m.
Authorities are investigating.
