The Calhoun Middle School girls teams dropped a pair of games to Wirt County
Wednesday night. Seventh-grader Kayla Roberts was outstanding even in
defeat.
Roberts scored 13 points on four three-point goals and a free throw - all 13
points in the Red Devils' 23-13 loss in the A game.
In the B game Wirt won 25-10.
Brooke Tally led the Red Devils with four while Amara Yoak, Bridgette Carter
and Heaven Cain added two each.
Calhoun returns to action tonight with a doubleheader at Walton.
