| Carl Lovell Burchett, 70, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away January 1, 2005 in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Born in West Virginia, he was a son of the late McKinley and Lula Marie Ashley Burchett. He was a US Army Veteran and was a former employee of the Ford Motor Company.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Chris Williams of Gastonia and Cheryl Mohammed of Burtonsville, MD; 3 brothers, Gene Burchett of Hallsburg, Lonnie Burchett of Frametown and Charlie Burchett of Elyria, Ohio; 2 sisters, Nina Mae Lyons of Spencer and Letty Moore of Nebo; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. at the Nebo Baptist Church at Nebo. Rev. Dewey Tanner will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. until time of services.
