The update on Melissa Oshoway is positive.
She is now breathing on her own after pulling out a ventilator.
Her eyes are open and alert, although she is yet to speak.
John and Sue Oshoway, Melissa's parents, extend thanks to those of you are "praying for Missy."
"She has shown improvement twice today, when God's people generally come together."
