There is a dancing, musical, glimmering Christmas display at Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center this holiday season
Art Bell and his maintenance crew came up with the tree design and dimming equipment and Jim Sullivan provided the sequencing light console and computer program to give the tree dancing effect to seasonal music.
Sullivan was the original designer of the North Parkersburg Baptist Church Singing Christmas Tree. The show ran from 1991 to 2003.
Through the years Sullivan went from manually running the light show that traditionally came before intermission to programming the computer using midi-interface software that allows the computer to not only play the music but cue the light console to change the scenes.
If you haven't seen the display yet, there is still time.
