| Morford Johnson. 84, of Vienna, formerly of Grantsville, died December 10, 2004, at his residence.
He was born in Grantsville, son of the late Chapman and Nona Ferrell Johnson. He was married to the late Eleanor Bower of Grantsville.
He was a graduate of Calhoun County High School with the class of 1939 and attended Glenville State College.
He was a former employee of Cabot Corporation and retired from Hope Gas in 1982.
A veteran of World War II, he received the Bronze Star and attended Wayside Methodist Church in Vienna.
Surviving, three daughters, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 15 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home in Vienna. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Tuesday.
