| Harry B. DeWees, 96, of Normantown, West Virginia, died Thursday, December 2, 2004 at Sunbridge of Glenville.
He was a son of the late James and Florescy Borne DeWees. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, serving as Deacon, Clerk and Sunday School teacher for 71 years.
His is survived by his wife, Mollie DeWees; son, Edsel DeWees and wife Linda of Normantown; grandson, Edsel DeWees, Jr. and wife Christy of Worthington, Ohio and great grandchildren, Alysha DeWees, Courtney Benner and Jacob DeWees all of Worthington.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Erma DeWees and two sisters, Marie DeWees and Arlena Hall.
Funeral services will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Stumptown at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 5. Rev. Herb Smith will officiate. Interment will be in Collins Community Cemetery, Stumptown.
Visitation will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. |
