| Lila Elaine Webb, 72 of Spencer, West Virginia, died November 24, 2004 at Miletree Health Care center, Spencer.
She was born August 13, 1932 in Grantsville, WV, a daughter of the late Charlie M. and Bernice Starcher Smith. She retired from the West Virginia Health Department under Maternal and Child Health in 1996. She was a member of the Women's Club, Roane Cancer education Coalition, National Cancer Society, and the Roane Community Health Foundation. She was a long time member of the Spencer Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donzel Webb; daughter, Regina Webb Norris of St. Augustine, Florida; sister, Kathleen Coleman of Seattle, Washington; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Guyla L. Brady.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, November 27 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, with Rev. Ron Buckalew officiating. Burial will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery, Grantsville.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. |
