| Verner C. Arnold, 83 of Chloe, West Virginia, passed away November 2, 2004 at Laural Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Big Otter.
Born in Clay County, he was a son of the late Charles and Blanch Grogg Arnold. He was retired from Ken-Tool Company of Akron, Ohio.
Surviving are a son, Owen Arnold and his wife Carol of Ripley; a sister, Dorothy Ellingson of Ohio; a grandson, Paul Arnold and his wife Angie of Chloe; 2 great grandchildren, Nevada Leigh and Christopher Charles Arnold.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Belva Siers and Esta Smith and brothers, Glenn, Dallas, Neal, Basil and Fenton Arnold.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, November 6 at the Nebo Baptist Church Cemetery at Nebo. Rev. Dewey Tanner will officiate.
