 Calhoun's Family Resource Network took time yesterday to recognize Dr. Charles "Tony" Russell (pictured left) for his service to the children and families of Calhoun County.
Rev. Peig Schmitz said Russell has been dedicated in many areas of service, including education and the arts.
"He has been a presence in many organizations, including FRN, to give his talents and time," said Schmitz.
