 Former Grantsville physician Dr. Elias H. Khoury, 59, has died.
Dr. Khoury of Spencer passed away October 10, 2004, in CAMC Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. George Orthodox Church with Father Olof Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home and one hour prior to service at the church on Wednesday.
He was a member of the St. George Orthodox Church.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Zubeida Khoury; wife, Rita Khoury; five children, Ann Marie, Elias, Joseph, Zana, and Chris Khoury; four sisters and their families, Marie Aoun, Soad Dabaghi, Nahia Khoury-Najjar and Nada Hanna; and one brother John Khoury.
Dr. Khoury is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins from the Corey, Haikal, Ghareeb and Istfan family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. George Orthodox Church.
