| Charles Truman Miller, 84, of Normantown, West Virginia, passed away September 28, 2004 in Elkins, WV.
Born at Letter gap, Gilmer County, he was a son of the late Ward Robert and Gertrude Furr Miller. He attended the Hardman Fork Baptist Church near Letter gap and was a retired machine operator for the Bendix-Westinghouse Company of Elyria, Ohio. He was a self taught musician and song writer having sold many songs and lyrics during his life, he was also an artist.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Bernadine Kline of Tuscon, Arizona; 4 nieces, Karen Groninger of Tempe, Arizona, Lana Williams of Tuscon, Pamela Kuxhausen and and Shelly Robinson of Mesa, Arizona.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, October 1 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be in the Miller cemetery at Normantown. |
