A Calhoun Grand Jury came back with ten indictments Tuesday.
A Grand Jury indictment does not mean the person is guilty of the crime for which they are charged, but there is sufficient evidence to indicate a crime has been committed.
- Eric Blake, 28, of Grantsville, was indicted for conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, one count.
- Samuel E. Roberts, 40, of Big Bend, was indicted for DUI, third offense, one count.
- Joseph J. Delesio, 50, of Big Bend, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment.
- Christopher Collins, 24, of Grantsville, was indicted on five counts of sexual assault in the third degree.
Collins' charges are related to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old female. He was released from Central Regional Jail on the sexual assault charge, but was later involved in a domestic dispute on August 1 and was returned to jail.
- Keith Lamp, 19, of Arnoldsburg, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count to commit grand larceny.
- Josh Bohn, 22, of Grantsville, was indicated on one count of grand larceny and one count to commit grand larceny.
- James Blankenship of Big Bend was indicted on one count of grand larceny.
- Ronnie Allen Rush, 17, of Sand Ridge, was indicted on two counts of murder, one count of first degree robbery, one count of burglary, one count of grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery. (See Hur Herald story)
