| Following weeks of investigation, a Belpre, Ohio
man has been indicted in Washington County, Ohio
on a first-degree misdemeanor charge in the death
of 27-year-old Leo Pettry of Palestine, Wirt
County.
Brian Shane Watson, 37, has been charged after he
struck Pettry and he fell on a hard surface, killing
him. Both men had been attending a 4th of July
party.
The case, a misdemeanor, will be handled by a local
law director.
