| Rosalea Starcher, 60, of Spencer, died Monday, July 26, 2004, at her residence.
She was born January 15, 1944, at Billings, a daughter of the late Raymond F. and Sibyl Loraine Huffman Cottrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Benjamin and Ray Cottrell; one sister, June Henslee.
She was a homemaker and former employee of Kellwood Corp., Spencer.
Survivors include one son, Dr. Dominic J. Cottrell of Morgantown; one grandson, Jude Michael Cottrell of Morgantown; one brother, Ralph L. Cottrell of Spencer; three sisters, Martha Church and Frances Randles both of Massillon, OH, Irene Winter of Ventura, California.
A funeral service will be conducted Thursday, July 29 at 11:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Garry L. Bowen officiating. Burial will be in the Clover Cemetery, Clover.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday, July 28 from 6-8 p.m.
