Funeral services will be held this evening in Harrisville for 67-year-old murder victim Francis "Sonny" McDonald. McDonald and Rhonda Lee Lush, 39, also of Harrisville, were shot to death in McDonald's garage on Sunday, April 22th. McDonald's funeral will be at 8 p.m. today at the Raiguel Funeral Home.

McDonald was born on Jesse Cain Run, where he was shot. He was a U.S. Army veteran and had retired from PPG Industries in Barberton, Ohio. He was a deacon at the Calvary Baptist Church in Harrisville. He is survived by his wife, Alice "Boots" McDonald and four sons.

Funeral arrangements for Ms. Lusk are incomplete at the Raiguel Funeral Home.

Police are still searching for 44-year-old murder suspect Hubert Lusk, Jr. who had been in the area of the shooting. Rhonda Lusk was his wife and McDonald was described as a family friend.

Helicopters from the West Virginia State Police and the West Virginia National Guard have been searching rural Ritchie County and other areas. A neighbor discovered the bodies about noon on Sunday and notified Ritchie authorities.

Police are also looking for Lusk in the Cleveland, Ohio area and in Logan County, West Virginia where he has connections. Police advise Lusk is armed and may be dangerous.
