Franklin Dewayne Carter, 44, of Arnoldsburg, WV, died Thursday, April
19th. in Ruby Memorial
Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
Born in Braxton County, he was a son of Ben and Peggy Casto Carter of
Arnoldsburg.
Surviving Mr. Carter in addition to his parents are a brother, Kevin
R. Carter of Hickory, North
Carolina; six sisters, Donna Jean Krantz and Brenda Clute both of
Spencer, WV; Vicky Dye and
Lisa Wigal both of Hickory, North Carolina; Pamela Baxter of Florida
and Teresa McClain of
Maryland.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 22, 1 p.m. at Stump
Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg.
Reverend Roger Carter will officiate. Interment will be in the Hardway
Cemetery at Elmira.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the
service.
