| Ray W. Melrath, Jr., 48 of Mud Fork Community, Chloe, West Virginia, passed away May 31, 2004 at home.
Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he was a son of Ray Melrath, Sr., of Maryland and the late Shirley Melrath. He was a carpenter.
Surviving are his wife, Debra Melrath and 4 sons, Tyler Melrath of Chloe, William Melrath of Spencer, Chad Howell and Brandon Chadwick both of Pennsylvania; 1 step son, Allen Ray Nelson, Jr. of Chloe; 3 daughters, Kristen Melrath of Grantsville, Kimberly Melrath of Spencer and Tasha Melrath of Maryland; a step daughter, Misty Nelson of Chloe; 2 brothers, Richie Melrath and Dale Melrath both of Maryland.
In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a daughter, Krystal Melrath.
Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, June 4.
Graveside rites will follow at the Coen Cemetery at Nebo. Rev. Mike Schoonover will officiate. |
