The Calhoun County Lions Club Wood Festival is sponsoring a Little Mister and Little Miss Lion contest for this years Wood Festival.
Any interested student in grades Pre-School through 4th grade attending Pleasant Hill or Arnoldsburg Elementary schools may enter.
The winners will be based upon Penny-A-Vote. The students may ask local business to place jars in their stores or ask family, friends, etc.
All monies need to be turned in by May 28th to Angie Hersman at Calhoun Realty in Grantsville. All monies collected will become property of the Calhoun Wood Festival.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Pleasant Hill and Arnoldsburg Schools PTO.
There will be a boy and girl winner from each school. The winners will be announced Thursday, June 3 at 7 p.m at the stage in front of the Calhoun Courthouse.
