Information From Calhoun Magistrate Court
Michael D. Badgett of Chloe has been released from Central Regional
Jail on a
$10,000 bond, according to Calhoun magistrate court records. Badgett
was arrested
by Trooper J. B. Hunt for the felony manufacture of marijuana on April
10. He has also
been charged with reckless driving. He is to appear in magistrate's
court on April
19.
Adam Roberts of Grantsville has been assessed fines and costs and
sentenced to
confinement for 120 days, according to court records. Roberts was
charged with the
possession and delivery of a controlled substance by Deputy Carl
Ballengee on
November 5, 2000.
Dana D. Sears has been charged with DUI by Sgt. J. W. Bonazzo on April
7. He has
been released on $600 PR bond, according to records.
James M. Starkey has been charged with unsafe vehicle, registration
violations, no
proof of insurance and driving suspended/revoked by Trooper Doug
Starcher on April
7. He was arrested and released on $1,100 bond.
Shirley Rush of Sand Ridge has been charged with assault on a school
employee and
trespassing following an incident at the Arnoldsburg Elementary School
on April 11. A
preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
Roger D. Maze received a citation for petit larceny from the Calhoun
Sheriff's
Department on April 10. He was assessed a fine and costs.
James Phillip Prusack received a citation for over weight, over width
or over length by
the State Police on April 9. He was assessed a fine and costs, which
he paid.
Ronnie Goff was cited for no rabies vaccine and failure to pay dog
tax. His case was
dismissed upon compliance.
Two juveniles received citations for tobacco use or possession at
local schools.
