The oldest mother present at the Mother and Daughter Tea held yesterday evening in Grantsville was Lucy Marks, age 89.
Present with Lucy was her 100th grandchild, actually great-great grandchild, Kaitlyn Marks. Lucy Marks is the well-known West Fork clogger, and mother of twelve children.
CCCOA Assistant Director Brenda McBride welcomed the mothers, daughters and granddaughters to the annual Mother and Daughter Tea, held yesterday evening at Grantsville's senior center.
A special guest speaker for the evening was Sue Jones.
The mother present with the most children was Opal Vandale - fifteen in number.

Winning the look-a-like contest was Clarice Whytsell and her daughter Jan Poling of Grantsville.
Jamie Kennedy sung "A Handful of Weeds."
The group enjoyed a buffet dinner.
