| Longtime Chloe merchant Emma Siers, 83, has died in Creston, Ohio.
Siers was the widow of the late Clyde Siers, and had operated the Siers Grocery with her husband for more than 40
years.
She was also a postal clerk at Chloe.
She was a member of the
Minnora Methodist Church. She had made her home in West Virginia until moving to Creston,
Ohio, in 1998, to be close to her daughter.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Stump Funeral Home at Arnoldsburg
with Pastor John Powell officiating. Burial will be at the Prudence Chapel Cemetery at
Minnora.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, at the funeral home.
