Powerball winner Jack Whittaker's Putnam County home in Putnam County is
reportedly the scene of another B&E, but the crooks apparently didn't get any
goods or money.
John Dailey, chief deputy for the Putnam County Sheriff's Department, said
Whittaker was on vacation when crooks broke into the dwelling during early
morning hours this past weekend.
A neighbor told police she saw someone trying to enter a vehicle parked in front
of Whittaker's garage. The person then entered the garage and house with a
flashlight.
The suspect(s) fled the home when police arrived.
The list of Whittaker's earlier problems is lengthy, linked to his $314 million
winnings.
