Don't expect relief any time soon at the gas pumps, with prices jumping toward
$2 a gallon for low test in most parts of the country.
Marvin Gray, Executive Director of the West Virginia Gasoline Dealers and
Automobile Repair Association, says prices have been steadily increasing over
the last year, at least thirty some cents per gallon.
Gray says OPEC has cut oil production, which along with the high use of gasoline
by US motorists means high prices.
Gray says the bulk of the problem stems from the increasing price of crude oil.
