| Joyce A. Starkey, 45, of Parkersburg passed away Friday, March 19, 2004, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept. 5, 1958, in Parkersburg, a daughter of William B. Starkey of Grantsville and the late Betty Knight Starkey. She was employed at E.I. DuPont. Joyce was a 1976 graduate of Calhoun County High School.
She is survived by her father and stepmother, William and Mary Starkey of Grantsville; a brother and his wife, Gregory and Barbara Starkey of Belleville; two nephews; two nieces; and one great-niece.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Knight Starkey.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike Street, south Parkersburg, with the Rev. Mary Zimmer officiating. Interment will follow at the Big Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home.
