Milton Cain, 94, of Big Bend, WV, died Monday, April 9 at Sunbridge of
Parkersburg following a
long illness.
Born in Tyler County he was the son of the late Sylvester and Rebecca
Swiger Cain. He was a
member of Hardman Chapel Church. Mr. Cain was an oil and gas producer
in the area and a
well known cattleman.
Surviving Mr. Cain are three daughters, Leota Wease of Elkview and
Violet M. Williams and
Nancy E. Craddock both of Big Bend, WV, 8 grandchildren and 11 great
grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Madge Cain, a son, Milton Cain,
Jr., 5 brothers and 6
sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday at Stump Funeral Home,
Grantsville with Rev. Ron Swiney
officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery,
Grantsville. Friends may call at the
funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
