Thirteen-year-old Zach Wease has been located and has been returned to his residence.
Sources close to the family told the Herald an attorney associated with the boy's mother contacted an attorney associated with his father, Dana Wease, in an "attempt to work things out."
The youth was returned to Grantsville late yesterday afternoon.
They indicated the mother had discovered the location of the youth.
The boy disappeared from his Five Forks home early Tuesday morning.
He has been the subject of an intensive search.
County Prosecutor, Matt Minney, said no charges will be brought against the mother, because she was not actively concealing the child.
Chief Deputy Sheriff Carl Ballengee is continuing to investigate the incident.
The Herald is awaiting an official statement from authorities.
