JO ANN STEVENS APPOINTED TO GRANTSVILLE COUNCIL (03/07/2004) Former Grantsville Mayor and Councilwoman JoAnn Propst Stevens has been appointed to Grantsville's Town Council. Stevens is filling a vacancy left by Mike Wilson. Stevens, a longtime Grantsville resident and former employee of Calhoun Banks, said she is looking forward to serving the community again. She also serves on the local CCCOA board.
