Superintendent Ron Blankenship said "This is outstanding work between the teachers, pupils, parents and the community. You should be proud of these accomplishments."
The board met at the school last night in what was billed as a "School Board Effectiveness Meeting." Dottie Nemitz did a Power Point presentation which showed the outstanding academic achievements of the local school.
The information was presented from the West Virginia Report Card, which showed Arnoldsburg Elementary exceeding state standards.
The board later heard an issue related to a student expulsion and approved personnel. (Details will follow)
The next meeting is scheduled for March 15 at Mt. Zion.
