The Calhoun County Board of Education met Monday evening.

Mr. Cunningham reported on the January 22, 2004 CGCC meeting,
Mrs. Frederick reported on the January 28, 2004 RESA meeting and
The Prior Service Policy was approved unanimously.
The Board enter into closed session for an expulsion hearing for student. After returning from the closed session upon
the Superintendent's recommendation, Mr. Cunningham moved and Mr. Simers seconded, that the student be expelled
for the remainder of the 2003-04 school year with mandatory monthly drug testing. Motion carried unanimously.
