Calhoun's 911 Advisory Board will meet Thursday evening at 7 pm in the little
courtroom, according to chairperson Jerry Riggs.
The Advisory Board has been working for the past three months on a
recommendation to the county commission regarding the possible construction of
a new building to house 911-Calhoun Control.
Also to be addressed at the meeting is a projection of finances which will be
available for the operation of 911.
County Clerk Richard Kirby is expected to review 911's budget, and members of
the Calhoun Commission will likely be attending the meeting.
The meeting is open to the public.
